    Help ! Blaupunkt 32/147i

Hi could anyone shed any light on this blaupunkt 32/147i-gb-5b-hbkup-uk set i have aquired. Basically the guy i got it off had a blackscreen with sound fault and he's read on the internet about a fault with the ic and proceeded to to try and flash the firmware to try and fix it himself and it hasn't worked for obvious reasons being the mainboard had 3 blown caps one bulged and popped (33uf 200v) and 2 leakers at (100uf 63v) which since i have had the set i have replaced and now the screen lights up ok. The problem i have now is the flash he's done has turned the picture upside down and the only .bin i can find which is probably the one he's used is for the wrong model 32/147i-gb-5b-hcdup-uk. The model he had which i now have and i'm trying to resolve is a 32/147i--gb-5b-hbkup-uk and i can't find a firmware file for this model anywhere do any of you guys know where i might find the correct .bin file for it or am i gonna have to replace either the ic chip or whole mainboard ? thanks in advance.

I've found a board at uktv parts for same sort of dough mate just incase i need to but if i can get hold of the correct firmware then that would be a bonus like.I mean the tv itself only stands me at a fiver so far for the price of the caps i've had to replace it would be shame to have gone to that trouble to have to replace the whole board just because of lousy firmware lol

Just make sure if you buy a secondhand mainboard that it matches the lcd panel number that is used in your tv as if it doesnt you may have the same issue

Yeah there are 3 or 4 variants of the same board they're also used in technika, logik and bush besides blaupunkt and all are TP.MSD309.BP85 boards.

Firmware file for LG SK10Y Soundbar stuck in Please wait loop needed
                        by Daniel Larsson
                        Hi,

My LG Soundbar, SK10Y, has somehow ended up in an endless "PLEASE WAIT" loop and I am now starting to suspect that the firmware is causing this, and I can't manage to connect via the app to push a new firmware in as it never really starts.

I can trick it to start via HDMI ARC and it actually starts up, flashes OPTICAL and then goes to ARC where the sound (including sub) is perfect, but the white led indicator keeps blinking and after 20 seconds it says "GOOD BYE" and shuts down.
During these seconds the function button is not working...

Firmware file for Marantz NR1501 needed
                        by Daniel Larsson
                        Hi all,

I picked up a Marantz NR1501 that the seller said did not produce any audio, but was starting up just like normal. This was indeed the case and the hunt for damaged components started.
After confirming all voltages and replacing all caps on this godforsaken HDMI-board I finally got sound from the AUX input, but all digital inputs are still dead.

The service menu shows no DSP version so I desoldered IC1604 that should have the serial flash DSP firmware on it and made two dumps that turned out identical.
The content of these seems to be useless as far...

Notice to users of XGecu TL866II Plus / T48 / T56 / T76 programmers regarding BIOS backup file size
                        by m1ch43lzm
                        Hi everyone
I noticed on the Xgpro software the BIOS backup files have extra bytes at the end when reading some chips, this is because the Xgpro software also reads the OTP region of those flash chips, and by default will append that region to the saved file
                        Programmer models: XGecu TL866II Plus / T48 / T56 / T76

Example: GD25LQ128D (1.8V), IC size is listed as 0x1000000 Bytes (16777216 bytes) + 0xC00 bytes, those extra 0xC00 bytes will be appended to the end of the saved file by default, resulting in a file size of 16780288 bytes
There's also an extra OTP Secu.R...
