Where can I get the 2D63 firmware logic update file?

I'm hoping someone with access to the Samsung GSPN can help me. I need someone with access to download a firmware file for my PN63C550 TV, as it will fix a problem per the Samsung service bulletin.

You can reference Samsung bulletin #:ASC20130528001 and I need the [2D63]LOGIC.bin file please.
