Panasonic TC-P50C2 6 Blink Code Problem

This Panasonic has me fairly stumped. The problem Once plugged in, and you go to turn the TV on. You hear what sounds like normal clicks of the power supply, and sounds like it wants to fire up but then you hear 1 more click and shuts down and you have a 6 Blink code.

I have followed The trouble shooting guide below.

    https://archive.org/stream/Panasonic...e/n67/mode/2up

After removing the SC 20 Ribbon Cable and C10 ribbon cable. I power up and get 8 Blink code. Which Suggest the SC board is bad. I pulled the board to see if I could find anything wrong, but nothing obvious, no IGBT or transistors shorted, no diodes shorted.

Before I order a replacement. I was hoping if anyone had any testing suggestions.

I think these boards are not repairable...not too sure if they can be repaired. If you have deducted that these boards are bad. look for replacements off e-bay , shopjimmy and all the other places that sell electronic parts. Good luck.

        Help us helping you.
Post pictures of your tv,one from the total lay out of boards, then one from each board.Take a good close up of the logic board, and of the connectors with legend of the power supply etc.
Also, take voltage readings on the power board.Mainly the VS and VA for now. Repeat those readings with the y main and x main unplugged and report back.
Note: Do NOT plug the y main and x main back in right away, first make sure the power supply drained proper.

But off the top of my head, I have replaced the Poower Supply with a working power Supply I had laying around, also I have reflowed the Bottom of both SC and SS Boards. Have tested Components on both. But I can still get voltages, And replaced the SC board it was cheap so just replaced it. Still no luck

Problem with PANASONIC CF53 laptop after changing BIOS settings
              by AquaMan Ua
Hello. I am asking you for a hint on how to solve the problem with my touchbook Panasonic CF53-2 standart model. After setting up the BIOS, the laptop displays the wrong image until Windows loads. (More precisely, it displays, but distorted, instead of the Panasonic image immediately after turning it on, it displays what is in photo #1 in the attached file) Then the image appears when Windows starts loading and then there are no problems with the screen until the reboot. If you enter the BIOS, just a black screen. If you connect an external screen, the image on it is the same as on the built-in...

Panasonic ZT60 plasma tv with strange behavior and 8 blink code
              by cloo
I recently got my hands on a 60" Panasonic P60ZT60 plasma tv (european model) that has some strange issues along with an 8 blink code.
It know this tv is getting old but it was once considered one of the best plasmas ever made, and i think it is still holds on to that even by todays standards.

So, long story short. When i first got the tv it had a very bright washed out picture with very raised blacks in all picture modes and i couldn't find the cause in the picture setting menus.
After doing a factory reset this problem was gone and the picture was back to...

Panasonic Plasma tc-p55vt50 6 blink error code
              by orbit417
              Hi All,

Thank you in advance for your advice.

I have a Panasonic Plasma tc-p55vt50 that's about 9 years old and has just recently stopped working :-(

I noticed that when I turn the tv on I hear a click then screen comes on for like half a second then shuts off and the led blinks 6 times.
I did some googling and found several video's on trouble shooting all sorts of blink codes. I finally came across one that showed 6 blink error code but for a different model. It recommended disconnecting the SC board to determine if it was the A board or power...

Panasonic TX-24A1UN CRT Sound and Input problem.
              by hugocarmo
              Hi.

IΒ΄ve been given an old CRT from Panasonic, itΒ΄s almost new, it was storaged and almost not used since bought.
It is imaculate inside, almost no dust or debris inside.
The picture is good, but I have no left sound channel, I tried all the inputs, outputs, even on headphone jack. In AV2 I hear sound from right channel but no image, on tv tuner only right sound channel, the same for AV1.
So I started to look for a service manual, I found one, and started from the beginning.
Most of the times the caps are the problem so I orderer all the caps for all boards,...

panasonic TX-P50V10E 6 blink led problem
              by Vebririon
              Hi everyone,

I'm new here and trying to repair my Panasonic TX-P50V10E plasma TV, which is currently showing the 6 red blink error code.

Just for context: I'm used to building PCs and installing modchips in old consoles, but this is my first time trying to fix a TV. I'm French, and while my English is okay, I'm using ChatGPT to help translate and clarify my messages as much as possible β€” so please forgive any odd phrasing.

I'm also not very experienced with using a multimeter, but I'm very motivated and ready to follow instructions carefully and report...
