Freezing chip can sometimes get them to work then you can read correct data from them

Can someone make a guide on reading/dumping/saving and then creating new eeproms and what hardware is needed? I'm sure if I knew a little more about it I'd have quite a collection of good ones..

just tryed the technika LED40-248, main board T.MSD306.69A 11345,yes the tv now turns on and off no probs, but my screen is LTA400HM13, and the pic is upside down and bad, so make sure you dont try it with this combo of board and screen,

It's mboot.bin file of the TV TOSHIBA copy with CH341A (MX25L1606E)

My TV TOSHIBA is 48L1433DG
panel VES480UNVS-M01

But my firmware is corrupt, don't found it.
