Kdl-40ex600 is panel shorted out

Working on kdl-40ex600 have standby 3.3 no led.I jumpered standby 3.3 to power on with 1k resistor with wire that goes back to main board disconnected.There was no other voltages present measured main cap at 60v .Then I noticed on top tv burning smell and a little smoke coming out.this mean the panel is shorted out.

Find out where the smoke came from then you will know if it's repairable.
