LCD TV won't turn on. LED keeps blinking

HITACHI 32LCD tv 240V (model no - L32A01A NA)
I think the power unit (FSP188-4F02 BOARD) is the problem.
I checked it.. seems like capacitors are OK.
I cant find the issue.

I'm Asking for a advice ..

This tv worked fine. and in time its display turn into green color.
but some times it worked fine.
now its not turning on. only blinking power LED

can you put this board back in to the tv and show us a picture of the back of the tv with all boards connected up have you got a multi meter and know how to use one? as we will need some voltages taken

What's the DC voltage between the two legs of the large 450V capacitor?

now the fuse is gone. if i replace it with a wire is okay? or i have to replace it with a fuse?

what made the fuse blow did you short something whilst testing? if so you need to check for shorts before replacing the fuse.

yes i short something when i try to get the voltage.
nothing wrong on the board

A fuse is for protection. Replacing it with a piece of wire is asking for more problems and can be dangerous.

The voltage across the capacitor should be close to 400V.

You need to post sharp photo's of your power supply because the ones supplied are poorly focused.

Do you have a picture of the underside of the board so the IC can be identified.

Do you have any voltages at the connectors and if so can you give the pin numbers, pin names and voltages.

No. Wait until you have replaced the fuse with the correct value and then take the measurements. However this does not stop you from posting clear sharp photo's of the underside of the power supply pcb.
