    Sharp LCD screen noise

    I have a Sharp LC-32D62U
the screen constantly has a grid of noise
    in TV,hdmi4, hdmi5, doesnt matter.

    Power board caps look good.
    pulled the main board.
Looked for any cold solder joints, couldnt find any.

    any advice?

With no signal input is the screen clear of noise?
Willing to help but I'm no expert.

It happens no matter what the input selected.

IE, on an hdmi with no signal, see the noise.

Image of Tcon/boards ? Im aware some sharp Tcons are prone to failed bga solder causing similar symptoms or could even be as simple as lose Lvds cable.

Heat up the main board with a hair dryer.

I had a 52" version with the same issue. it used a different main board though. I baked the main board in the oven and it fixed the issue for about a month. The issue now happens when you first turn he TV on but eventually goes away.

That's a last resort. Heat it up with a hait dryer first to see if that affects your issue. A hair dryer won't hurt it but an oven surely can.
