I have this board (tnpa5330) from a p42gt30 and it's broken. it has the usual 30f131x3 and rjp30x3 blown. now... I am out of stock on rjp30, and have only 2 or 3 original 30f131, and I am wondering if I can use some DG301 or DG302 instead of them? Did someone else tried this? I know they are used (DG301) on tnpa5351 board, in 46g30 and 50g30 TV.

Hope fully your 30F131 are good and not the bad chinese ones but the DG301 appears to be 330V 40A 250a pulse max, The RJP30H2 is 360V 35A.I have this board (tnpa5330) from a p42gt30 and it's broken. it has the usual 30f131x3 and rjp30x3 blown. now... yes, bad power supply also. I found only 2 R6015 blown, and I have to find them too. do you have an ideea on some replacements? I have here some 12N50 if I'm not wrong, but I'm not sure the'll do the job.
Do you think it may be something else blown on the power board? On a first check I found only these two R6015...
Interesting thing with this TV, because I took it with "doing nothing" and no power led, hoping it is the A board (have one spare), and when I received it, it turned out to be a 7 blinker... this is it now...

yessss it's a fix! with 12N50 in the supply and dg301 instead of rjp30 on SN board, and it's working perfect! 18 hours until now and it's ok. so my last 3pcs 30f131 were ok...
but now I am afraid to order again, so I think I'll go for the fgd4536 from now on.Comment

Aren't they "R6020" on the power supply? Im using those and they work also. Got them from aliexpress/China and they are all ok!
Do you get the DG301 from china also? What about when the tv is on dynamic? ( picture mode ). Do you cool the parts or?I only repair Panasonic plasma tv's! Currently owning a TX-P55VT50 and still searching for a ZT60!

For example, for the older sets that use TO220 package IGBTs like 30f125, 45g128, rjp63f3 can i buy one sort, in this case RJP63F3 which should cover all the others, lower value ones. Therefore use all the same igbts for Q401, Q421, Q661 etc. It should work?
It's cheaper to buy 50-100 pcs, and the other advantage is that you don't need to think which one to put where?

Anyway they're all varying specs and I don't know the smaller detail on the specs but if you've got the TVs and boards to play with experiment and see.
So far I've used a RJP56F4A in place of a 63F3A and that was because Someone had a Board from a 58" V20 I think and Q661 it had that.
hard to find datasheets for all these but there appears to be a convention they use to rate these. The first digits are voltage and the last is current.
63F3 is 630V 40A, a 56F4 I expect is 560V 45A, 43F4 430V 45A, 30E2 is 360V 35A, the E3 40A.
In the Panasonics in the same part of the cct for example 2009-2010 boards a DG502, I've seen 2PG011, RJP56F4A used.
The 2PG011 is 540V, 40A 230A peak pulse and I know the DG502 replaced that . The 2PG009 is 20V less but those 2PG were discontinued as has most of the others too.
I've used 56F4A and 2PG011 on a couple of 5081 boards and also used just 2PG011 for both DG402RP and DG502LW. Both ran ok but neither have been put into constant use yet.
The 56F4a in place of the 63F3 has been fine running in a 5066 for a couple of months now.Comment

If they're cheap enough , why not. As I have 6 of these 5081 boards now the last two I experimented with since I ran out of parts and I had a bunch of 56F4 and a couple of 4782 boards I failed to get 100% so rather than waste all the good parts recycled some of the IGBTs into to 5081. I also used 56F4 in place of DG502 on a 5105 board too.Yes, my bad for Q601, it's a fet

The logic I used for using the 56F4A in place of the 63F3 was I expect it has higher current rating, there would not be voltages there that require a 630V transistor and If a 58" SC from the same generation using the same Vsus levels and a higher current draw can run with it then the smaller models can too. Yes, that's the idea, manufacturers are allways looking to cut down the production cost, so every cent matters to them, i don't have that problems, dollar more or less, same thing
If we have one that can cover them all, why not to do it that way
It's the highest spec one, voltage and current wise, peak current they are all the sameComment

These are really tricky boards to repair. I'm rebuilding these boards at the moment. I got like 5/6 of these boards that were worked on by other people. ( Thats why they are so difficult :p )
Removed all bad parts and checked the buffers. Buffers are ok so i started to rebuild the board. ( IGBT's/Diodes + the two small ic's. ).
I still get 7 blinks and no shorted parts. I think one or more ic's in the sos circuit are bad.
Boards that are not worked on by others are "easy" to repair.I only repair Panasonic plasma tv's! Currently owning a TX-P55VT50 and still searching for a ZT60!

by BigPeteI picked up a Panasonic NH-P70G2, though it would apply to the NH-P80G2, NH-P70G1 and NH-P80G1 models as well, as maybe some other models. This one was coming up with a H86 error. After lots of testing and googling it was an error with one of the thermistors in the condenser area.
The attached French service manuals is incorrect, TH11 is gray and is a 95k thermistor and TH12 is black and is a 35k thermistor.
In my case TH12 was bad. I was able to get a 35k thermistor on AliExpress. It's 6mm in diameter.
Unfortunately the whole machine has to come apart to fix it.

Hello! yes I know there is already lots of information about this issue. I have a Panasonic TC-P55ST50 that originally displayed an 8-blink error code. Following the troubleshooting flowchart, I ended up replacing the SS board. However, even after replacing it, the issue persists. The TV turns on and stays on without displaying an image, and continuity is confirmed on all connectors. What am I missing here🤔?
Ok Im a mechanical engineer ...but I thought I was able to follow a rather simple flowchart for electric troubleshooting 😂.

I'm having problems with my plasma Panasonic p42txu32e. The issue started about 12 months ago.
I have a remote controlled main outlet so whenever I turn off the TV set at night, I also switch off the whole power outlet.
It gives me a better feeling to know I don't have 230V on any cables, so my dog can't get hurt if he gets the idea to start chewing on something.
About 12 months ago the TV started to have the following problem: when pressing anything on the RC to get it on, the red led would go off.

Where I am supposed to have 1.12V (base Q524/Q523) I am reading -42V..................both channels don't seem ok.
