Re: panasonic tx-p50gt30 8 blinks afrer 7 blinks repair
Yeeeee! It's alive!
It was only Q102 on the SS board.
The SS screws were not loose. On the SC yes, they were loose, almost all of them. I had some screws with washers and replaced all of them.

panasonic tx-p50gt30 8 blinks afrer 7 blinks repair
Hello again.
I have a little problem with my tv: it had the 7 blinks failure, and I repaired the SC board. After that, it starts for 1 second and goes to 8 blinks. Everything on the SC board looks to be fine but I discovered that I have one shorted transistor on the SS board, Q102. I have a new one but I am wondering if it would be better to replace also IC 191.
I did not check the SS board before the 8 blinks. Do you think it's possible that it went off together with the SC board or it died after my repair?

Re: samsung ps51d7000 restart problem
I have the skills and the tools, but I don't have the chip and a programmer. I found someone here in Romania that can send me a new programmed chip for 20-25 euros and I think I'll go for it.

Re: samsung ps51d7000 restart problem
I have no changes when heating. I guess it remains the NAND.
I found another thread here:

Re: samsung ps51d7000 restart problem
OK then, I'll heat the board as soon as I get home.
Someone from a samsung repair shop told me it's about the NAND flash. BUT, he told me that if only the logo appears and then restarts it's a NAND problem; on my set appears the logo, and the source box and after 3 seconds it restarts...Last edited by dj01fad; 01-09-2018, 09:11 AM.

Re: Panasonic Plasma TX-P50G10B no picture
check the buffers first! if you have a bad buffer it's possible to burn a good sc board.

samsung ps51d7000 restart problem
hello.
I have a samsung ps51d7000 that when I pug in it starts, displays logo and then displays the imput label (hdmi 4 in my case), and after 2-3 seconds it restarts. It doesn't respond to the touch keyboard or to the remote (the led is flashing when I touch the keyboard but does not respond to source, volume or pw off). can it be the nand flash? i'll try to put some signal on hdmi4 to see if it will produce an image or sound.

Re: Panasonic TX-P55ST60 - dead
The only board I found (from a 55stw60) is somewhere in Bosnia and I'll try to get it. A new board... it's about 300 euros at panasonic Hungary and it comes only as replacement for the original defective board... wich must be in perfect optical condition with no intervention; and this is not my case (the TV was struck by lightning and the original mainboard has the lan filter and some IC exploded)
funny thing: my old 55GT30 has a better image than this 55ST60. the only thing that is a little better on the 60 series it the...

Re: Panasonic TX-P55ST60 - dead
this service manual is better than the one I have, but I cannot find anything about the dvb-c tuner...
as for the options in the service mode... opt 1,2,3,4... I don't know if they are related to what I need and I also don't know what other values to set there.
Thanks anyway...

Re: Panasonic TX-P55ST60 - dead
hello there
after a long time I managed to start the TV. It works perfect, the screen is like new, but I have an UK mainboard and no digital tuner on it. I did not receive the 42st60 board, don't know realy why; the boards are identical (st60E and st60B), or I see them identical. now... is there a chance fot the UK board to have the DVB-C integrated and only to activate it? it's not nice to have a second remote from the receiver.

Re: panasonic tnpa5330 transistors
hello.
because the left side is broken... service mode is not a solution for mirror
first of all, check and clean all the connections from A-board to c-board and from c-board to panel. if it will be the same, then I say 10% is the left C-board and 90% is the panel... remove the aluminium stand mount and check all the large resistors from all the ribbons on C-boards. If you find a burn one then you have a bad COF on that coresponding ribbon. if not, try another left C-board. another test: remove the first ribbon coresponding to the...

Re: panasonic tx-p55vt30 and tx-p55st60 problems.
Yes, no shorts and no 7 blinks; maybe it was something in the upper chip and the whole screen was bloked;
now... for the ST60... I did not reveive the 42" board, but I found a board from a 50ST60B; it's an UK model, and I was wondering if it has dvbc... so... if someone knows something... on the other hand I found a 50GT60 board that I can fit in the TV as the housing is the same... I don't know what to do.

Panasonic TX-P55ST60 - dead
hello,
I have this TV that does nothing; no red blinking, no solid red, nothing.
P board is OK, so in this case it's the A board...
I have an A board from a 42ST60, and I was wondering if I should give it a shot. I have done some tests with A board from 55VT30 into a 42GT30, and it produced an image... an incorrect one.
my question is that if is there a chance to damage someting...
