He means the TV are the voltages ones you measure while it is going - take the vs va at switch on with probes already in place then check if the other small voltages stay on or not.

Let me rephrase that for you. What voltages do you get when the Tv works and when the Tv does not work from the power supply, please measure Vs and Va mainly.

Ok bud, if in a dark room when the Tv does not work but screen is lit up the control board will probably be the issue but if its not lit up even slightly probably the susboards but thats unlikely we shall see anyway.

Sorry didn't find the edit button for post ...

The TV does not glow in a dark room ...

The voltages on stand by are:
                          AC-ON - 4.5V
                          BL-ON - 40mV
                          STANBY - 5V
                          Vs-ON - 41mV
5VNom - 0V (somthing like that writes on board)
                          Vs - 300mV (YSUS)
                          +5V - 0V
                          Vcc - 0V
                          Va - 16mV
                          Vs - 220mV (PS board)
                          19V - 0V
                          6V - 0V
                          3.4V - 40mV

Forgot to say that when I try to power it on again the orange led glows, and goes back to red ..
When the TV is ON the green goes to orange and then to red ...

When I unplug the TV from 220V and turn it on after cca 5min it works again for 1-2min

                                    OK,I have read the tom66 guide,but didn't find the symptoms ...

My TV goes off after 1-2 minutes with no picture and no sound and I can't turn it on (orange and then red light) ...

                                    Could it be power supply

when the TV is on the picture is OK
