    Philips 49pfl4609f7 won't turn on

    Hello.

I have a philips tv won't turn on.
I replace twice the power supply board and won't come on.
    The fuse is good.

The weird thing is the metal lines around the board show voltages to half.
Means the p. On show need to be 24v and i get 12v
and the another ones show low voltages.
Like i said, i replace two times the power supply and still same problem.

The AMP13V and ON21V will be at about 605 of the rating at standby, when the P-ON_H2 signal is present then then those Voltage will be at normal level as printed on the board.
BTW, your board is similar as in this post:

Read how we test the board by itself.

I can't follow...did I miss something???...Why are you going to get a Digital Board??....Did you try forcing the Power Board ON and the Backlight ON as well, with the 1k resistors??

                Well I check p-on_h2 short with 3.3v and now I get 21.11v
                on led connector I get
                3.7v
                47v
                3.7v
                47v

but backlight doesn't come on the tv.

Well I follow the thread like you suggest and I find backlight is no turn on.
Short with 1k resistors p-on/3.3v and 3.3v/backlight sw
Protection pins show voltage <1 volts.

                    So???

Did you check the backlight LED's in order to see if you have a open string?

Now I have another problem. damn
I pull out the power supply yesterday.
Today, I put it back for keep checking in and now I have a god damn low voltages.
I can't even generate the 3.3v standby voltage.

                        Why I did it wrong??
                        Bad ground?

I have 2 power supply and both show super low voltages.

The STBY power supply is seperate and is always on. So if you have nothing there either you got no voltage in the primary feeding it, there is something wrong with the STBY circuit in the primary, or ther is something shorted in the secondary of the STBY circuit, or it gets loaded down hard.
