LC490EUE is the panel model (from LG Display), not chassis.

Ideally, you should check panel model against: http://www.panelook.com/

Then full name could be LC490EUE-FHM1.

LCD from Samsung UN40J5200 is the same as the one in Samsung UN40H5003

Sorry I didn't get the panel numbers before I moved them on.

this is a pretty old thread if anyone has interest in populating a database online i will create it and a frontend. idea is simple, board numbers panel numbers etc. get that info in a database and a search of your panel number would pull up every possible cross reference. i have searched a bit and suprised to not find one out there.

          Re: Panel Cross Reference List

I've found so many cross-fits now I have a hard time keeping track of things. LG and Phillips, Toshiba and LG, Sony and Sharp etc. These days I build about 7-8 tvs per week like this, mostly swapping panels from tvs with burned out LEDs into new "cracked screen" shells. Like you suggest, it's only worth putting out there if it's helpful to others.

Vizio M55-E0 and Vizio M55-D0 has the same AUO LCD panel as the Insignia 55DR710NA17

              Re: Panel Cross Reference List

Hello, has anyone yet put together a list of panels that can be used in several different tv models? I normally take the panel tabs from the cracked screens and label them with model# from where they came from and the Tcon if present. So if I come across a good screen, I can go to this pile and see if anythings common.

I haven't seen anything... would be helpful as I'm swapping panels everyday.

                  Sell or Shim Solar panels?
                  by eccerr0r
Well, due to my grid tie inverter not accepting high voltages, and the fact that the lions in my solar panels are 36V (72-cell) I think I need to stick with 72-cell.

However I have a few smaller panels that are 36, 32, and two 30-cell. The 36 and 32 together run at 75% efficiency (and subtract more with additional inefficiencies) when running in parallel with the 72-cell panels. The kicker is that the two 30s... generate 0% power when connected in parallel(!)

So now what to do with these small panels?

                  I could sell them...

                  Or I could shim them....

                  Thermistor specs and cross reference
                  by connorcc2005
                  Hi,

I'm getting some conflicting information and thought I'd toss it out to all of you for input.
What I have is a TTC-104 thermistor. This is part of a temp sense circuit that will drive a small 12v fan to cool components mounted to SMPS heat sink.
The physical diameter of the piece is 5.1mm measured with a caliper.
Other than what you see in the pic, there is no other writing on the part.

My research of the TTC-104 says it should read 100 ohms at 25C. Out of circuit measurements have it at approximately 100k. It does change as the temp changes....

                  Voltage regulator cross-reference
                  by raregtp
Hey all....hoping someone can help me with this. I have a couple voltage regulators I'm trying to cross but not having much luck.

                  The first is:

                  A1
                  AS1117L-18
                  B0640 25

                  The second is:

                  A1
                  AS1117L-33
                  B0640 28

I know the AS stands for Alpha Semiconductor, and I think I've found a datasheet for the AS1117L-33, just can't find anything for the -18. Ultimately I'm looking to cross these over to parts that I can get now, as all I'm finding similar are AZ1117 regulators.

                  If anyone can assist...

                  by jasko_jacker
I try to substitute the RT6575B with TPS51285A,
it seems to work but it is slightly warmer, the board does not start due to other problems so but not sure if replacement is possible...

Reference Nvidia GTX 980 ti - looking for a new shroud
                  by speaktorob
So a while back, to deal with the fan noise of the old blower style shrouds on the reference cards, I chucked it and installed the monster that is a Raijintek MORPHEUS 8069, with a couple Noctuas on it. Did the job but quite unwieldy tbh.

Anyone know which boards would have a compatible shroud for it? I know the EVGA used the reference board but wondering if any other manufacturers did. I want to put something sensible back on it, but I'm having a hard time getting hold of even a faulty reference board for a reasonable price.
