So PVIN used to be at 13V and now you only have 5.6V?
Did you test the ressistance of all the outputs and the external MOSFETs that are drvien by the IC?

I find that PIN 28 is shorted to GND somehow. it has 2 Ohm

Pin 28 PHASE 1 is an output so it is either the parts connected to that pin is shorted out or internal short inside the IC or solder bridge, so recheck your works or try isolate the load/filter caps from the pin.

what are you doing with voltage reading and you don't have manufacture schismatic and volts reading,, are you going to swimming Atlantic with out boast ?

did you know the short contact between PIN 6 and 7 On IC200 what will caused..,, i think you removed it away....... many thousands will read over here later and you will not solve it in this way. your picture was light blue when you disconnected ribbon cable, if you have oscilloscope show me its photo to send you the diagram of signal references of LVDS

I do not hace schematcs got that board, cannot find it. Today i will try to check the output of IC200 and see if the short was in the IC or in some external element

hmm i go crazy with it. I replace IC200 (ISL9860). And it have input 13V (SW1, SW2. SWIN) Problem is that on SWOUT i have 0.44V i think there should be 3.3V.

Something outside of ISL9860 cause voltage drop.

So you installed another IC then? You had low resistance on pin 28 before, what happen?

SWOUT is for AVDD which is typical around 10~20V. May be reece can give some Voltage reading from his board.
So what resistance do you have on that SWOUT and GND?

SWOUT is 0V, i make a mistake while typing previous post.

Resistance on SWOUT and GND is 21.8 kOhm

Is the SWOUT pin 39 connected to pin 40 AVDD pin like as shown in the spec of the IC? Looking at your picture, they are connected together.

So 21K Ohms is high resistance, not going to pull the AVDD down to 0V.

SW1-SW2 (pin 36, 37 which are also tied together) DCV?
That section of the circuits are the boost converter circuits.

Pin 36 and 37 have 13V.

That means the boost converter section is not working because the output SWIN is the same as the input Voltage PVIN1/2.

Between PVIN1/2 and SWIN is a diode and coil, all ok.
