Samsung UE32F5500AW no picture

Hello, i got this smart TV that turn on and dont have picture.

Model: Samsung UE32F5500AW

When turn on backlight is turn on, and all other function work but no picture.

I check voltages on PSU it have 13V and 5V

Tcon board have 13V on some parts, some are 0.2V

Any ideas?

What do you get if you only has one ribbon cable between the T-CON and the LCD panel connected one at a time?

I get the same thing, only backlight turn on.

I have the same Tv same issue and Ic on the Tcon is failed. Will link thread.

Check this out, test Ic200 against the schematic. I have mine on order should sort it:

On the Tcon board there is a fuse F100. Have you checked if it has blown open circuit. There are also other points on the TCON board you could check.
VGH, VGL, VCC1.2V, VIN12V

Hey i check some pin on ISL9860

pin 39 (SWOUT) - 0V
pin 12 (GHC) - 0V
pin 13 (GHD) - 0.2V
pin 20 (PHASE2) - 0V
pin 30 (PVIN) - 13V
pin 8 (DRVP) - 0V

So i guess that it has no output.

Fuse F100 - ok
VGH - 0V
VGL - 0V
VCC1.2 - 0V
VIN12V - 12.9V

it does look like IC200 is the problem then.

Same here deffo common on these. Heat from under the board to remove and replace the chip. Also dont forget to heatsink the replacement to help improve reliability.

Glad you found the fault. Are you going to attempt to replace the IC.

BTW, when you are done, make sure to turn down the backlights level to as low as possible to extend the life of the LEDs which is more likely to be the next failure.

Hello i replace the IC200 but still no picture. Now the IC is getting hot, i check for shortages but there is no short in solder pins

Hmm thats not good, deffo soldered properly ? I just hope now I can sort mine as had customers for a while now lol

I order 5 of those IC, i can solder another one but i doubt.

Hmm looks good, unsure tbh maybe your main processor is fried as well ? Will see if I can find anything on the internet about this board.

on the photo you have short contact at pin 7 with No 6 its solder running down.. take a look

well i put new IC again, and not i do not have overheating (still no picture)

i check voltages and here is what i have now:
