How to enter the service menu? 42Pf5320/10 Philips

42Pf5320/10 Philips

When I do a search , it only searches for channels in 2 out of 3 Bands.I thought it might be a tuner problem.I replaced the tuner but it didn't fix the problem.I think it can be solved through the service menu.So If I can get some about getting into the service menu, or maybe someone who had a similar experience, that would be awsome.

I was able to get into the service mode but unfortunately I could not fix the problem.
