Hello everyone.
I am facing a red message above the screen permanently, also the image is greyed and the TV is unusable as is in any sources.
Of course I tried everything basic or a bit advanced, so I updated the firmware to version 2.550 which did not resolve the problem.

I have access to 3 interesting parameters regarding this issue
-DRM Warning
-CIPlus Query
-CIPlus update
Obviously I tried to set DRM warning to OFF but this don't sustain, when closing the service menu it always set it back to ON
CIplus update leads to an update error .... I did not expect anything other, though I found a key on some forum ...
CIPlus Query this one is interesting, it shows :
Then customer code and serial number are blank, how comes !? For me it shows clearly a corruption in the NVram. Perhaps the previous owner bricked the TV set with some junk or modified update or possibly a simple corruption.
Then the next step was to enter in the hotel menu doing
there is nothing capital, except to erase fault codes, that does not resolve anything obviously.
what do you suggest next, I guess it is now time to burn the chips onboard with a good dump ?
