    TV Lg42LE5500 pink screen with stripe

    TV Lg42LE5500 pink screen with stripe
    - the tv has been in LG authorize service and was diagnose with fault mainboard / logic board
    - i want to see your opinion.

    I remove each strip from panel , and one side remains white , and other , pink

      Panel fault not fixable sorry.

        could be mainboard i saw something last night about it its common on lg the processor chip needs reflowing only a temp fix though

            Worth noting incase you can't find a mainboard for your model, you can upgrade the tv to a 42le4900 by swapping the mainboard.

              i make a reflow at main lg XD chip , and no result, possible fault chip

                  50/50 chance for me. Seen this as a main board fault and seen this as a panel fault too. Just to add to the confusion.
