    PK101V1790I Power Board

My Toshiba Model 55G300U would not come on so I opened it up and tested the power supply board. on P802 I got the following:
    Pin 3 & 4-----25.3V
    Pin 8 & 9 ----11.4V
    Pin 10 -------5.1V
    Pin D1m_s---4.9V
    Pin Pwr ------3.5V
    Pin ACD------0V
    Pin D1m -----0.1V
    Pin Inv--------0.02V

Does this mean that the power supply board PK101V1790I is bad and needs to be replaced.?

You should start a thread in the TV section, it will be better.
Also upload good clear pictures of the board and the whole backside of the TV so we can see all the boards and how they are connected together.

'Pin Inv--------0.02V" The main board is not sending the BL-ON to turn on the Backlights circuit.

What voltage should the Inv pin be?

              +1
Picture would be extremely useful along with photo's of any connectors especially the power supply with the Pin Out labels clearly visible.
Willing to help but I'm no expert.
