Hello,
my tv don't turn on anymore. I power it up the red light flashed two times, the backlight wont come up. Just black screen, there's nothing, not even a flash or any backlight. What to check?

You will need a DMM, common fault on these is bad master inverter. Check the 24v inv supply.

I checked, on inverter 24v are all on 0.002v and error dimm an power aswell 0.002v
on psu to mainboard are poweron 12v and 5v all on 0.002v too

Is the 5V (5.2V) STBY at connector P201 is steady? Check it with and without the cable connected to that P201.

What is the 113,5V? 113.5V?
What do you use for the GND for your black probe?
What is the meter set to?
Looking at the right pin?

sorry, i mean 113.5V yes, for gnd i used one of 4 screew where the palte is screewed on chasis, i have dmm on V~

Well, you have your meter set to read AC (V~). If it is really 113V the STBY filter caps would have blown up big time.
It may also mean that other Voltage readings you have reported are invalid.

BTW, what is your country AC Voltage?

Since you are not experience in using the meter or troubleshooting, you MUST be real careful not to touch anything with your hands or body when the board has AC power supplied to it, at least you should plug the board into GFCI outlets.

voltages i write it before are al the same and measured with dmm set to AC (V~) , when it all pluged in are on every pin in this connector whic go to main board and on inverter are 0.002V
our country voltage 220-240 Volts

We are trying to read DC Voltages of the connectors on the cold side of the circuit, NOT AC.

Okey, now i read dc voltages
on Inverter
24V - 14.5V
on/off - 4.6V
error - 0V
pwr on - 2.1V

and on P201
pwr_dim - 2.1V
on/off - 4.7V
5V - 5.14V
12V - .941V
16.5V - -0.02V
