    Lg plasma lg60pc1d no power

    OK so it started with the tv clicking on/off repeatedly and the tv never would turn on. I have read several forums/blogs and checked these items for possible problems;
    1. Power board- I replaced capacitors last year when the same issue occurred.
I took the board to a local electronics repair shop and they checked it out to
    be good.
    2. I unplugged the ZSUS board and the clicking continued.
    3. I unplugged the YSUS board and the clicking continued.
    4. I took the ZSUS board to the same repair shop and they said it needed to
    be replaced.
    5. Bought a ZSUS board from Union Electronics Distributor. The board came
with a blown fuse. I replaced the fuse and connected the board. Plugged in the TV and the same clicking on/off repeatedly occurred only this time I smelled a burning odor. I unplugged the TV. I plugged the TV back in to try again and I GOT NOTHING THIS TIME, NO CLICKING, JUST NOTHING.
    6. I called the repair shop and they suspected the new ZSUS board was bad.
I returned it and ordered another ZSUS board AND A POWER BOARD.
    7. I received both boards and installed yesterday. AGAIN NOTHING....
I have limited use with a multimeter....
Please help with any suggestions and thanks in advance.....

I was given this TV from my great uncle. He said it just wouldn't turn on one day out of nowhere, replaced the TV, and gave it to me to possibly fix and use for myself.

Upon bringing it home and plugging it up, it showed a standby light.

I powered it on and without a flashlight, the display showed the "V" but the lighting is very dim, but visible.

The screen seems to blackout and stay black, but with a flashlight I can see the display.

With my Playstation 4 connected via HDMI, and running a game I can hear sound.

Hi, this is my personal laptop, which the original board (lets call it Board A) blew up PU8700 (TPS51486), making a hole on the board, i had left the laptop at my desk one day with the battery fully charged and didn't touch it for a week, but when i tried to turn it on it didn't
Thought the battery was dead, so i plugged in the charger then tried to power on, the power LED blinked once, charged LED still orange, unplugged the charger, plugged in again and I noticed the "magic smoke" smell, so i unplugged the charger, removed the back cover and saw the blown IC (the "magic...

TCL 55S425 few horizontal lines, potential failure on both side of panel/buffer board
        by howardc64
All left and right refers to looking from rear of TV (or looking from front with TV upside down)
        • TV came with vertical bars and no image. Found faulty TVS on left buffer board. Also replaced T-Con (may have damaged the original while hot air removing components, board has slight warp) and have full image but few horizontal lines on the screen. Some of the lines appears to be 2 pixel tall while others are 1 pixel tall.
        • Disconnecting left and right buffer board potentially reveals problems on both sides with different signals (unless this T-Con require jumper like Samsung FB_TRDY1&3) Fault

[SOLVED] M1 MacBook Pro clicking sound logic board 5V no power on A2338 820-02020
        by slimmy182
Hello, I bought this Mac from a friend, he said that it simply stop working. The MacBook looks very clean but does not power on, stuck on 5v 0.42A, and sometimes display 5V and 0A (then 0.071A and again 0A).

I opened it looking for some problem, it was not touched before for sure and the board is very clena, no spot of corrosion at all from what I can see. Voltage on multimeter of the board off the case it's the same, 5V 0.42A. But then I noticed this "clicking sound" come from the board ( I attached here the audio file).

Looking on google I found this:...

        Hi everyone!
I happened several times, in the search for help from the web, to consult this very interesting forum.
So I decided to sign up and I intend to participate actively by making available my knowledge and experience on the subject, I'm a new user but at the same time I'm old in the sense that I have 4 decades of experience in repairing and designing electronics but above all I'm a great passionate about the subject.

Having said that I come to the gist of my post on the forum as the title suggests.
For my passion for technology I'm now collecting several...
