Hello badcappers, if anyone has the data sheet for the 0B3302CP I need it so that I can turn off the feedback protection to stop it turning the backlight off, the protection goes high due to a failed lamp and I dont want to have to replace it. Cheers.

It's extremely rare for chip numbers to start with a digit. Generally the format is letters, usually two or three, then numbers, followed by a suffix (sometimes hyphenated)

Whoops, should have used a MS ! Thanks anyway chaps I found the protection pin and removed a small ceramic cap to turn it off, I made a small diagram which is what helped me. I removed the smd cap going to pin 2. I still only get pic for a couple of seconds.

I hope you don't sell them... the only ones like this I've done I've given to friends and told them to let me know if anything goes bad. Hoping someone here can put me on the right track. I'm trying to troubleshoot/flowchart the "internal projector error" on my newly acquired Facebook Marketplace bought Epson 5040UB projector (3LED, not DLP). Owner said it needed new lamp, actually error code blink pattern indicates "Internal Projector Error, call Epson support". Unit is out of warranty as of 8/19
Here's what happens:
1) Power on
2) Blue power indicator lights and the lens cover motor opens the lens cover, light fan noise heard
3) Blue status light flashes for appx 4 minutes... -
Hi All.
Does anyone have any reference materials or something I can use to try troubleshooting a BenQ TH681? Google unfortunately has turned up zip. I did find a service manual for a W series BenQ but that is pretty much useless, it's more a glorified user manual. A list of voltages would be great as I suspect my mainboard is faulty, the colour wheel voltage is not dipping like it should.
The one I am troubleshooting now was originally overheating after a lamp replacement. It originally would take 2 minutes or so for it to shut off and blink the temp and lamp lights... -

This monitor previously is my main working monitor which i have been using for 8~9 years. Yesterday, when i switched on my pc from fresh to power on, the monitor is just black no display. I started dismantle to look inside the monitor power board but nothing looks suspicious or burnt. So i took my external ccfl inverter to try to power the monitor ccfl lamps which consisted of 2 lamps on upper part and 2 lamps on the lower part.
Found out the upper ccfl lamp which is supposed to connect to cn304 on the power board did not light up. Then i installed a used working... -

I have a big problem and that is that in some cases when repairing active pfc power supplies I cannot work with a test lamp. I can only get help with 5 volts standby and for starting and starting I have to work without a lamp and this way there is a possibility of parts exploding and other parts being added.
Sometimes with a multimeter test the problems can be reduced to some extent, but I had several cases that had to be tested on and online and recently two varistors exploded. They had terrible resistance because the power supplies were over 800 watts.

Hi, pulled this component, (I'm assuming it's a MosFET) from an LED COB video light. Im trying to find the datasheet so I can find an equivalent replacement but no luck. Any assistance with the datasheet would be appreciated.
Failing that, a way to pick a suitable replacement component? If it's indeed a switching fet, I'm assuming I might need to measure the switching clock frequency and find a component that meets the power capacity?
Its a pair of them driving a 130w Light. Takes in 19volts. I can borrow a scope to measure the switching freq....
