Sony KDL-32BX300 horizonal lines flickering

I have looked for threads but didn't see any. If repeat sorry. These just started. opened back and nothing jumped out. checked cables and tape buy unhooking and hooking back. Here are pics and I am trying to figure out how to sent a short video of screen. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

Panel fault caused by Tab Bond defect.

Now that I've seen the screen, perhaps you could try a T-CON Bd replacement if it is cost effective.

I am not an expert and appreciate all the help. But I don't see a T-CON bd. Is it part of another? the only other board besides first I sent is the one I am sending now. It looks like it is hard wired to screen across top. Thanks again.

LCD panel with integrated T-CON board. You are also getting a bunch of multiple repeated images.
I would say you have bad panel.

Thanks for all help. Can't seem to find that so guess will trash it and move on.
