LG 42LN5300 doesnt turn on periodically

Hello. I have a LG 42LN5300. It will work for days perfectly and then all of a sudden it will not turn on. This also includes no RED Led standby light.

Has anyone else encountered this problem with this model?

    Thanks in advance...

I don't know if this will help or not. But I had a Sanyo TV that did this for months until finally one day the picture was just all distorted then it stopped working at all. It turned out to be the main board.

No, but if you upload good clear pictures of the whole back side of the TV that will be a good start. Do you have meter to check resistance and Voltages?

I've got one of these on the bench right now. Check the solder joints in the PSU where the power cord plugs in. At first I thought I had a no standby issue due to no LED on the front but I wiggled the cord and it came on.
