Samsung UN32EH4003FXZA, backlight on, sound but no picture

Hello. I am trying to fix a Samsung UN32EH4003FXZA television. It has sound but no picture. I can see that the backlight LED lights up but there is no image on the screen at all. Using the remote, I can change the volume and the inputs just fine. I also don't see any image using a flashlight and a very dark room. Al of the cables seem to be seated fine.

I have tried resetting the picture with the remote and I replaced the power supply board but it still has no picture.

Any ideas what the problem is?

Pictures, pictures, and pictures of the whole backside of the TV and the boards.
More likely the T-CON is not getting the Voltage from the main board for the T-CON to run, but we really do not know for sure of what you have in your TV since we do not have the TV in front of us to see.

I also just noticed that I can turn on the tv with the button on the bottom but if I try to turn it off that way, the red light blinks and the tv stays on.

This TV has integrated T-CON into the panel, so the only that you can do is to check the connector with that big black that goes to the panel and see if you do have 5V (or 12V) for the T-CON to run. This is not going to be easy because there is no label for the pins of the connector, you just have to trace out the connection to see which one is/are the power pin/pins.

I have same tv , same problem Can not turn off tv. tv has no picture..It has 12v on the address board fuse.

Did you fix the tv.?
