The short answer is anything!

You'll need to be more specific, is the backlight on? Do you menus etc.

No sound on ALL modes (cable, HDMI, Video 1, 2,...)?
The internal speakers are on in the on screen user menu setup?

Sorry I actually misread your title, thought it was sound but no picture.

Well either your mainboard is causing the fault or the speakers directly.

Can be EEprom on main board.

check the ear-phone jack on the main board by plugging in earphone peice to see if you can hear the sound from it.
