tc-p50s30 14 blinks sc short. Please help!

Hello all and thanks in advance for any help. I have a tc-p50s30 Panasonic TV. It will not power on and has 14 blinks. I have followed the shopjimmy video and I have a short at connection p2. When I discoonect sc board from power board the short goes away. I have short at connection sc2 all the time regardless of what is connected or if nothing is connected. I do not have a short on either post at connection tpsc1. The video doesn't really say what would cause this. I would think the sc board is bad, but not sure. Can anyone verify?

Also, I cannot find an sc board. The model is tnpa5351. I found a place on eBay that would exchange for a repaired board. Does anyone have experience doing this?

I just fixed same yesterday! You will need above average soldering ability
and quantity four FET's...part number 30F131.Please locate the four parts...
Then we talk...can you send us pix's?

Thanks for answering! So you think it is a bad sc board? I have only soldered a few times, not sure I have the ability. So, I may try, but I think I may try the eBay repair/replace. What do you think?

Ok. I will look for parts, but you feel confident this is the problem. The Sc board is bad since I get a short at sc2 with nothing connected even though I don't have a short at tpsc1

If you have a "14" blink issue and have replaced some of the FET's, Check "Q600" before firing up TV. I've fixed over 50 of these boards (TNPA5351) and on about half of them that MOSFET was bad. If it is bad and you start the TV, the FET's will blow again.
