Sony with double image on half of screen, bad panel or something else?

Hello, have a Sony KDL-46V3000 LCD tv. When it is on there is a slightly darker area in the middle of the screen and then a double image on the right side. Left side displays just fine. I have replaced every single board on the back with supposed good boards, except for the power board, the right inverter/backlight board, and the tv tuner board. At this point I am suspecting a bad panel What do you guys think? I've attached a pic below of what it looks like.

Its the panel, Bad tab bonding.

Damn it , was hoping I could repair it. luckily I only paid like $12 for the tv haha. I have another tv I will be posting about as well.

You possibly could "repair it", I have had some success with tab bonding bodges in the past,have a go,plenty of info about it,using wedges,etc..After all,you have nothing to lose,apart from a bit of time !

yeah I was looking into the tab bonding thing where you can temporarily fix it, so I may give it a try
