Magnovox 46ME313V/F7 plug in turns on but will not turn on after you turn it off

Please help me to understand why the voltage will not drop back to the voltage on first picture when tv is first plugged up. The tv will turn on and off properly once its plugged up but as soon as you turn it off it will not turn on unless you unplug it till all voltage drops to 0 in the highlighted jumpers on picture and then replug it in and the voltages will return to normal and it will turn on properly. But if you turn it off the voltages will remain at the higher levels as if its turn on until you unplug it even though the tv is turned off and stand by light is on.

no, but if you can still edit you could copy and repost the new info in that original thread and then maybe just put a link in post #1 and state duplicate thread and refer to the original.

that way you keep all the info and responses in one place if someone wants to follow what's been done, start to finish

there isn't but a administrator should be able to delete I believe. not sure how you contact them. No biggie, people will work it out

Honestly no. i'd be guessing but almost sounds like a mainboard issue , bad caps on that or on the PSU. Sorry, most of my knowledge is with the panny plasmas.

Hopefully someone has some exposure to these that can help

Thank you, im tending to agree because the mainboard is not shutting down the voltage when the tv is cut off unless you unplug it and the voltage disapates and then it turn on again. I was just going to order another main board but I was hoping someone could assure me of the problem so I didnt replace the incorrect board.
