I found this when removing from a plasma tv. Is this repairable??

Since it's on the X-main side, probably... all electrodes are connected to one common point, so as long as most of the contact area is intact you should be OK.

Yes, provided you make sure the cable is seated well.

Yes, Its a single connection so the split doesn't really matter
