Proscan PLD3283D has Standby but Won't Turn On

I've been testing the mainboard which is the only board on the tv and haven't found any issues as to why this tv won't turn on. It has standby power and I can't figure out how to manually turn it on by jumpering as I don't know what pin it is. I've tested the diodes, a few caps and regulators and didn't see any issues. Here are pics and voltages on pins.

    GND - 0
    K7/N - 0
    K6/P - 3.3
    K5/M - 3.3
    K4/V- - 3.3
    K3/V+ - 3.3
    K2/C - 3.3
    K1/C+ - 3.3
    K0/S - 3.3
    GND - 0
    IR - 4.78
    GRN - 0
    RED - 2.75
    5V - 5

I see about 4 LDO regulator ICs, UL1, 41, 51, and UT1 (this one may not be IC, not sure) which you should test the Voltages on all 3 pins.
Read the link below on how to test and report the readings in the FORMAT we can easily understand.

Thanks, I checked them for short but haven't check for voltage. Will do tonight and report back. Thanks

Re: Proscan PLD3283D has Standby but Won't Turn On

        OK here we go:

        UL41:
        pin1 - 1.25
        pin2 - 2.50
        pin3 - 5

        UT1:
        pin1 - 0
        pin2 - 3.3
        pin3 - 5

        UL1:
        pin1 - 0
        pin2 - 3.3
        pin3 - 5

        UL51:
        pin1 - .5
        pin2 - 1.8
        pin3 - 4.3

Not sure if this shows any signs of defective part but do you know how to manually power on this thing? I didn't recognize the power on pin on the board

        Thanks

also when I press the power button on tv this is voltage changes on pins

          K6/P - 0
          K5/M - 1.4

anyone know what UL51 is, it's marked at 1117B AD B72V I can't find datasheet on it.

It's an adjustable voltage regulator. Just Google "1117 voltage regulator" for datasheet.

The readings on post 4 are fine.
                UL51 is an adjustable reg, pin 1 of 0.50V + Vref of 1.25V = Vout of 1.75V (+/- 3%)

yeah I found the datasheet for others but the AD B72V I couldn't find and threw me off. Any other suggestions? Anyone know how to force this set on with the pin outs listed. I think the power button is working because pin K6/P goes low when I push it so I think I can rule that out but I'm willing to try anything at this point.

Hi guys, I’m back here my friend give me her tv, that doesn’t turn on and no standby red led. When u plug in the cord the red led of one two second is on, then turn off. If you push the power button or the remote the red led blinks but nothing happen. I give u some photo with voltage, don’t look the fuse….because I blow it for mistake nd I dint have the right replace so I just put it for test the tv. The standby voltage should be 11,88 volt on the diode, but I have 13 volts. I put in the photo the different volts I test and there are someone negative…I don’t know if it s normal. On...

Harman Kardon AVR 171S - standby led lights up, does not turn on
                    by madsox
                    Greetings!

Thank you in advance for your understanding, I am writing to you through a translator.

A Harman Kardon AVR171S amplifier was given.

The history of the machine is as follows:
It was faulty when I bought it, I want to fix it.
I replaced the HDMI switch and one of the DAC ICs in it.
After that it worked without a problem.

I watched a movie using the amplifier, and at the end the amplifier got really hot.
The cooling was faulty, I will fix this later.
I switched it to standby mode, waited for...

                    LG OLED77C19LA Standby Issues
                    by Bitvive
                    Hi mates,

I've an issue with the standby function of the LG OLED77C19LA from a colleague.

                    Device
                    Model: LG OLED77C19LA

                    PSU
                    PCB: EAX68999802
                    LG P/N: EAY65689422

He described the problem to me as follows: The device can be switched on normally and does not cause any problems.
As soon as you switch it to standby, it stays on for about 3 minutes and then switches off. It can then no longer be switched on.
If you then disconnect the power using the plug or a power switch, the TV switches on normally.
                    Could this...

Samsung LN32B540 - won’t turn on but gets standby power
                    by Doodle43
My Samsung LN32B540 never turned back on after I had to turn off the power at the mains at house. It won't turn on, but the red standby led lights up when it is plugged in. If I hold down the power on the remote, the standby light turns off which I think means it is trying to turn on, but there's no sound or backlight. If I try to turn it on/off from the power button on the TV instead, it doesn't do anything at all.

It was plugged into a surge suppressor and was off (on standby) when I turned off the power,, so I don't know if it got a power surge or was on its way out anyway. I...

Troubleshooting Vestel TV, has standby, but cannot turn ON
                    by Adenitz
                    Hello,
I need advice in troubleshooting Telefunken TV (it is actually Vestel). There is red Standby light but TV cannot be turned on either by remote control (which is good and tested on another TV) or by actual on/off switch at the back of the TV.
Power board is Vestel 17IPS71 and I'm not sure about the mainboard, it seems like 17MB82S
Both boards are shown in the attached photos.

What is normally first that is checked in this case. I have removed power board, make sure it has no dangerous voltage on the big caps and check many components (transistors and diodes)...
