Sony KDL-40EX503 bad panel?

Hi all.
I need you to help me diagnose this one.

That's a crap shoot. The complete green band looks almost like a tcon problem. Also the band looks to be extremely wide to be one tape carrier bond out. Looks like two bonds are not active. The chance of two out at the same area are rare. I'm going to say tcon. Lets see what others say.

Edit: I looked closely at the picture and it looks like the ribbon on the far right is only producing half the image. So that makes me more likely to say tcon. Slight chance it could be a faulty connection on the ribbons going to the panel. You could try reseating them.
