Samsung UN46C6300 Bad Panel strange lines

Hi, My friend gave me a damaged tv, I wonder if the Panel or the t-con, disassemble and tighten the tab but does nothing, has vertical lines that appear and disappear in different areas of the screen.

Looks like the same problem I was having mainboard fault maybe

This is almost certainly a bad LCD panel, unfortunately.

What is the cause of the problem, just two years. It can repair? bad contacts in panel tabs or otherwise. because you think that is?

I've an A-series Samsung doing this. Not sure on exact cause, but think it is related to VGL being too low, or VGH too low, haven't got around to fiddling with mine yet. If you set the image contrast down, does the image look better (excluding the menus)?

Tom answering your question, no, low contrast when the lines are more marked. when more brightness or more colored lines disappear or not noticeable, but the entire image is very poor quality like a CRT monitor. strange.

That's a good technique, but I want to try first what this before the panel and then continue with this step.

this is the t-con for this tv, what the test points and voltages?

Points marked AVDD, VOFFE, VSS and VONE.

Bottom LH corner of board.

AVDD ... +14 ~ +18V
VOFFE ... -5V ~ -10V
VSS ... Half of AVDD±1V
VONE ... +20V ~ +30V

these readings were checked 2 times
AVDD= 15.03
VOFFE= -12.11
VSS= - 6.83
VONE = 28.07

UPDATE** I could eliminate the fading lines, adjusting lower the sub bright in the service menu and the picture looks ok, but still very thin horizontal lines across all the screen. and the image looks like 480p low definition.

I have still doubts whether the screen or tcon
