    Panasonic TH-37PX60B 10 Blink LED

As the title says I have 10 blinks on a Panasonic TH-37PX60B and after a little research 10 blinks seems to indicate a fault with PA, DG or H board.
I am very much a noob when it comes to fixing plasmas so I was hoping someone could advise me the best methods to narrow the fault down.
I have flicked through the attached PDF "9th generation plasma display" and found a flow chart on page 39.
Can anyone confirm for me that stage 1 "can the click sound from the relays be heard after the TV is plugged into the wall outlet?" refers to the same relay clicks
that I should hear at stage 2 "wait for approx 20 seconds after applying AC to the TV. Then turn power on."?
I have no relay clicks when plugging the TV into the mains, so I follow the no and check I have 5v at pin 1 at connector PA40 on the PA board which I do have.
I then check for 2.5v at pin 13 of connector P25 on the P board, which I do NOT have so I need a DG board.

Is there another method to confirm this? or have I answered my question and I should replace the DG board?
I thought I read something like disconnecting white ribbon cables and the TV should power on with a white screen.

Any help or guidance very much appreciated!

Re: Panasonic TH-37PX60B 10 Blink LED

I know this is way after the fact, but I have just taken one of these TVs from a neighbours yard with permission, and the reason it was thrown out was the front glass is damaged from either a flying object or it fell onto an uneven surface. Unsure if the panel still works as I don't see a backlight, but the boards all look good if anyone needs any readings from them or if someone needs a board to replace their faulty one, give me a shout and I'll try and take them out and send me a PM to arrange you to collect or to arrange shipping.
