    Panasonic TH-L32C30Z troubleshooting

    Hi,

I was wondering whether someone could help me troubleshoot my panasonic tv. TH-L32C30Z.

The initial problem was the tv would turn itself off (to standby) about 10 minutes after viewing (continuous flashing of red LED, no

pattern). Then after a while it would do this after a few seconds after it was turned on.

I used a remote control and lower volume button on the set to do a factory reset. No it turns on, shows the setup page screen goes

dark, setup page comes on again and screen goes dark again, setup page comes on again and then goes dark and stays that way (green led

stays on). Whilst this is happening I can hear buzzing initially from the square transformer at the top of the p board and just before

the screen goes dark a buzzing sound from the top transformer with the two windings. Can't see any bulging or leaking caps. Any ideas????

Thanks very much for your help

Could you post some pictures of the boards?
I only repair Panasonic plasma tv's! Currently owning a TX-P55VT50 and still searching for a ZT60!

Post some pictures yes, but I think it's a backlight or inverter fault

Here are pics of the p. board and the components that are buzzing on the P. board. I haven't got a pic of the other board at present will need to open up when i'm at home.

These are ideally what people like to see to help.

It's the US version CA, minor differences(caps)

Fitted to TC-32LX34 TC-L3232C TC-L32C3 TC-L32U3 TC-L32X30, could try searching the models or board version and see if any faults have been reported here?

Yours is TNPA5361AA, I saw one in malaysia but not cheap on Ebay,

I had a tiny 19" and it continuously blinked green, brief flash of the backlight. had one of the H-FETs shorted and what fixed mine was a new transistor and an Electro Cap known to be bad (jamiecon 85deg, 100uf ?)

I'm thinking C7513,7514. Q7503,7504(underside) be worth checking. There was no visual indication, just lucky another reader put me on to the cap, was about to bin it.

Could be the HV caps but I'm out of my area of knowledge really.

maybe track this thread, Aussie version, pretty sure 1 blink is backlight cct so there maybe a common issue.

Need good clear straight on pictures of back of tv with cover off and each board.

Need voltages from connector that goes from power supply board to main board. Will need pin#- PIN DESCRIPTION -Pin voltage in standby-Pin voltage when pushing power button and picture of connector on power supply board.
                Format:
Pin# - Pin Description - Pin Voltage standby - Pin voltage power on
                1 - XXXXXXX - XXv - XXXv
                2 - XXXXXXX - XXXv - XXXv
                3 - XXXXXXX - XXXv - XXXv
                4 - etc.
I assume no responsibility for any stupid suggestions I might post.

                  Hello all,
As the title states, I followed the troubleshooting guide located here: https://www.manualslib.com/manual/23...page=53#manual, which concluded the 'A' board needs to be replaced. Looking around the net and eBay, I see that there are repair services for the board (TNPH1043UE? Not sure if it is a 'UE' as the suffix grid does not appear marked). What additional troubleshooting can be performed to ensure 1) this board is the problem and 2) since there are repair services, what are they fixing on the board?) I expected 3.3V not to be available anywhere...

                  Panasonic CF-D1NW200TZ BIOS Issue
                  by Wizen
                  Greetings All

                  I have Panasonic CF-D1NW200TZ,
                  SN: 8GTSA90529

The BIOS (MX25L12873F) is password-protected. I want to remove the password. I created a backup using NeoProgrammer and removed the password. Then, I restored the unlocked BIOS file using CH341A, removed the protection, performed a full wipe, completed the process with a blank check, and then wrote and verified it. Everything seemed fine, but now the tablet won't start. Only the power and Wi-Fi LEDs are lit, nothing else. The fan isn't spinning, and nothing else happens.

                  tried to write back...

Help choosing replacement transformer for Levoit 600S SMPS
                  by learnmore
                  Hello Community,

I'm attempting to repair the SMPS on a Levoit 600S air purifier. The transformer is likely open. It has six pins. 2 pairs on the primary side (one pair tested open) and 1pair of legs on the secondary side. Legs on the secondary side are spread wide apart (end-to-end). I've circled them in blue. Dimentons of the transformer are 22x23mm. Marking on the transformer are EE16 1.9mH-B. Fuse for the powerboard is fuse 250V 3.15A. I've been unable to find an exact match and I'm hoping for some help here to find a suitable replacment.

                  Peace

I picked up a Panasonic NH-P70G2, though it would apply to the NH-P80G2, NH-P70G1 and NH-P80G1 models as well, as maybe some other models. This one was coming up with a H86 error. After lots of testing and googling it was an error with one of the thermistors in the condenser area.
The attached French service manuals is incorrect, TH11 is gray and is a 95k thermistor and TH12 is black and is a 35k thermistor.
In my case TH12 was bad. I was able to get a 35k thermistor on AliExpress. It's 6mm in diameter.
Unfortunately the whole machine has to come apart to fix it.
                  I have...

                  by jason123
                  Hi there,
I see a couple of posts related to the troubleshooting of similar TV. The one I have is acting slightly differently and I'd love your help.

So it has the 5 blinks. Previous owner got a TCON, no luck. Got a new Main board (though he didn't do the USB firmware update), again, no improvements.

I see 2 posts that are relevant:
