Hello, I have a big thing to ask you, have a lcd tv, ALBA LED16911HD that has software problems, motherboard is Vestel 17mb60-4 I tried several versions of software toshiba, sharp, but the software image is negative, or divided into four parts, it seems that the problem is due to the 16inch display resolution, 720p, mounted on the tv, I'm interested in a firmware that contain rules bg dk UHF VHF VHL, thank you and please excuse my English, I use e Translate goo ...

Please update your info and dont make your email public. firmware for unknown brands is always hard to find, i wish you luck in that.

thank you for clarification, I complemented location, same motherboard uses the same 16-inch LED display and TELETECH 16912, Saba 1600jc , Telefunken TE16912B17, Vestel 16vh3021,and do not think that I am alone, all the best

maybe someone knows a method for extracting functional software on a TV without the need to remove the flash memory on the motherboard, through RS232, JTAG, USB. all the best

What kind of lcd panel is there in your set.
CMO, AUO or LG ?
No DVD ?

There is a label on the rear with modelname
and bar-codes.
Obove the the codes there are numbers.
Perhaps one with 18 numbers .

There are no method for extracting the software

usb stick 17MB60 to cure Flashing Front LED fault which is now getting very common

Could all members do this when they see one of these sets

This is how to

Plug empty USB Stick in to usb port (must be empty else will try coping file from stick into tv !!)

Switch on set Access hidden Menu by

Pressing MENU button then 7935

select
Copy NVRAM data



You should get 2 to 7 bin files maybe more


Please put these into zip file with a text file holding info
Info need
Make of set
Model number
Board number for instance 17mb60-1 or 17mb61 or 17mb70
Screen type and part number
Product Code on the back Label for instance 37654321

If you get a working set saving this will help otheres with Flashing Front LED fault

To save a set to your tv copy correct file to usb stick plug into turn tv on via mains while holding down ok button on remote

Remember Data is unique per Model

vestel tech note for mb70

so works on mb60 mb61 and mb70

also note this need P+ button instead of ok button on remote

so best to try both if trying to upload file
if OK button not work try again with P+ button

Does anyone have 17mb70-5p firmware for sharp Lc40LE511E. I have got it to boot but doesn't recognise remote or touch panel.
Had to heat cpu to get boot would a reflow cure the remote problem

Hi arizanotlari. I have a JVC LT-40C860 uhd led tv Mainboard 17MB120 It is in a
boot cycle and I think the nand is corrupt the JVC logo comes on in a constant loop. I have searched the net but cant find the software files to restore as explained in the 17MB120 chassis pdf.

1. mb120_en.bin, RomBoot.bin, PM51.bin and usb_auto_update_G6F.txt documents should be copied directly
inside of a flash memory (not in a folder).
2. Insert flash memory to the TV when TV is powered off.
3. While pushing the OK button in remote control, power on and wait. TV will power-up itself.
4. If First Time Installation screen comes, it means software update procedure is successful.

Any thoughts? If I could get a nand dump It might work also
