Insignia L42 - fuses?

Insignia - Model NS-L42Q-10A. Was close to a lightning hit the other night. Blew out an old Emerson flat screen and old Dell computer.
Opened this Insignia up and saw no major burn marks. White fuse shows continuity. Did see the burnt fuse (photo attached) so figure it is shot. No markings on it but board shows NR9101.
Should I try and replace it, and if so where can these be purchased?
TV less than 5 years old so hoping I can salvage. Any ideas? Thanks.

Oh, meant to say, when trying to turn on I get no lights at all.

Check the DC Voltage RIGHT AT THE TWO LEGS of the main filter caps (100uf 450V) laying on the side.

I have to admit I'm not experienced at testing voltage, especially with power connected, but I'll read over your documents and see if I can follow the instructions. Thanks.

What is the procedure for checking the DC Voltage of the main filter caps?

You must be real careful since you will be working in the HOT deadly side of the circuit, if you are not sure, then do not try. Set the meter to 250Vdc, then use the two probes of your meter, red to the positive leg, black to the negative leg (the stripe on the body of the cap is negative), just do not let the probes slip and do not touch any part of the board with your body.
That white fuse show less than 1 Ohm, right? No need to turn on the TV, the voltage on the cap should be about 165~170VDC.

Found a power supply on Ebay for $20. Replaced, but no different results. Bad replacement power supply?....or different problem. Nothing but a small red light at bottom right of TV.

How are we supposed to know could be anything.
Its just a waste of our time you asking - you never seem to try anything suggested and just buy a board so what is the point.

Sorry you are frustrated with me. I'm not that good at testing all the components. I'm decent at replacing caps, but not much else. Really just want suggestions on which parts may be the culprit. I'm just trying to fix as fast as I can and give these TV's away - I don't sell any. With that said I don't mind replacing power supply, main board, and T-con if that would most likely fix it. However, if in someone's experience the small red power light is likely something else such as a bad panel. I won't bother. Thank you for you patience with me. (please note I am a hobbyist and probably a level below that).

Additionally, I work for a real estate short-term rental company. Guests expect a good-working TV and so many times they just throw the old ones in the dumpster. I thought this was a waste and started researching how hard it might be to fix one. Since new TVs have to purchased immediately for the guests, I started fixing and giving away to friends and the needy in my community. Through google I found this forum and much good information. It is a wonderful forum and I hope my inquiries are not all met with disdain. Thanks again.
