    Sceptre x320bv-hd Megmeet mp116

    Ok so here is what it is doing
    Turns on but the sceptre logo has a slight flicker when starting
    Tv runs for about a minute with perfect picture then screen keeps going on and off

    5v line =5
    pson =4.63
    12v = 11.7
    24v = 24.0
    When tv goes off the 5 volt line and pson are fine but both the 12v and 24v
    line are turning off and on and the screen says no signal as if it is resetting

    So is power supply to blame or is main board shot.
    It acts up within a minute so not sure if heat is a factor but I am not sure if this is a sign of a bad cap or not

    Post good clear pictures of the boards, it sounds like the power supply board problem in the 12V/24V SMPS section due to bad solder joints, bad caps, or the inverter board is drawing too much current, etc.

      Sorry cant send pics so i will have to just wing it all caps appear fine replaced a couple of them anyway and still same problem and problem still exists if I disconect panel lvds
      One cap was replaced before and it was soldered on the bottom of the board
      instead of through the holes but that should still not make any differance

          Update If unplugged for awhile to discharge caps it will turn on and keep working
          turn it off and on several times and it works fine

          But unplug it and plug it in b4 caps are fully discharged and the pic goes off and on within a minute

              Samsung UN50TU8000FXZC shows thin horizontal green line when warm
              by cubytus
              Hi to all,

              I was given this TV, an entry-level 4K 50" set. Some have criticized its lack of contrast and relatively poor colour rendering, but for my needs, it's very decent.

              I reset everything to factory settings, but this line keeps on fading in and out when watching a streaming channel from the Tizen firmware. Interestingly, it only happens when TV is warm, after about 1h45 of it being turned on.

              Watching a movie from an external source doesn't trigger the line as easily (needs 2 hours), and from a normal viewing distance, is hardly noticeable. It...

              Vizio E701i-A3 fixed but now has red vertical line
              by otaku_nut
              Hi all, I tried searching the site for answers but I'm a bit over my head understanding some of what might apply and what doesn't, so please be patient with me. I used Freakaftr8's fix to remove the left driver board to restore picture to a black screen with sound Vizio E701i-A3. After doing so, I now have a large red vertical stripe down the center of the screen. The fix did require getting another t-con board from online, I ordered it before I knew about the mosfit fix for the old t-con board. I have tried cleaning the cable connections to the t-con board. I swapped the cables going from...

              Kogan - KALED65XU9220STB - Blue Vertical Line
              by TrueSword88
              Hi all.

              I have a Kogan 65' LCD Panel with a thin blue vertical line (top to bottom) on left hand side of panel.
              The line just happens to coincide with the end of COF and start of the next COF (attached).

              The line is permanent no matter what I've tried. I've tried pressure testing the panel (top to bottom) and all over, I didn't notice any difference with the line, either temporary or semi-permanent.

              Also tried unplugging all flex cables, cleaned with isopropyl then re-inserting to no avail - line remains.

              Hoping to fix...

              Running Line Voltage and Integrating LED Pods - Automotive
              by FALKLAN
              Howdy everyone! I hope all is well where ever you are!

              I'm attempting to integrate a couple of LED pods into an automotive reverse lamp circuit. The problem being, while the vehicle is running there is a 8.5v current present on the reverse lamp power wire. Needless to say is that all LED pods and lights dimly illuminate while the 8.5v is present, so the LEDs are always powered on while the vehicle is running. When the vehicle is shifted into reverse, the voltage changes to 12 volts.

              I am uncertain how to convert this line into a switched 12v output line for the LED pods....

              ASUS GTX 1650 Gpu.Initialize Interrupt request line stuck asserted
              by mindoverflow
              hello,

              there is an asus gtx1650 which displays fine in windows but if i run a benchmark test it displays artifacts and the driver crashes after a second or two.

              I changed pads and thermal paste.

              I run mats test but it is reporting 0 errors.

              I then tried to run the mods version 400.271_1650 test, it first ran and stopped with a 'breakpoints limit reached after 5 retries' error and the fans went full speed.

              After a reboot, I tried to run the test again, but now the test fails and says "ERROR: Couldn't clear GPU's interrupt...
