Dell W4200HD

Set has a good picture and sound but there is a occasional flicker in the piture. I measuredthe Ysus and it is steady. Everything looks good. I can not find any kind if a schematic or service manual. The blink is fast don't know if it has to do with the scan boards or power or main board. I hate to return it to them with it not solved. Do I give it back to them and tell them to wait untill it just dies? Advice? Help?

When I can't find a service manual for my particular TV model, I do a lookup on ShopJimmy to see if I can find a close match by parts search. It looks like the 42MF230A/37 is fairly close (not sure if an SM exists for 42MF230A/37). There may be other possible matches. You might even find a solution by Google searching or searching the forum by using one of those matches.

try checking Vs/Va as it blinks, is it steady?

What about Vsc, and Ve? (On the Y- and X-main boards respectively.

Tested all voltages while flickering was visable on screen using Fluke 87 meter
Va, Vcc, Ve, Vs and Vset were stable with .4vdc with slight variations.
The Control board LJ92-00990A did have a Led blinking for the Vsync. was on steady on. Shop Jimmy does not have it they have a later version
LJ92-00990D would it work in its place?
With a Vsync led blinking, what would be the cause? Sync coming in? Sync going out? Sync in the board?
