Greetings!
Got this sony when the screen is on the top 2 inches displays fine the other 90% of the panel is blank. After about 2-5 minutes several hundred lines start appearing no real image but you can see the lines shifting.
I read this particular series of sony panels had bonding issues with the ribbon cables I do not have any cold air cans to see if that's the case I did however press pretty firmly all over the litter edges of the panel and nothing changed.
Here are some images if the guts, possible t-con issue or a bad panel?
