Ah, yep, my bad. 220 Europe, 120 North America, forgot what country I was dealing with for a minute there.

It is located on the back of the board.

            Found, thanks

If I want to test or re-write the eeprom, what tools do I need ?
            Any model to rate?

I need the TV program too

You need the cheapest, simple CH341A + programmer (adapter for 24C64 sop-8), find it and read the contents of the eeprom and save it as dump and I will send you a working dump eeprom, which you will need to write down...

Will I need to unsold the eeprom? or can it be done in-circuit?

I personally don't use a clothespin (there may be errors when reading, writing, loss of contact...) I always unsolder it from the board, program on the adapter and solder it back, well, you can try using a clothespin, read the dump eeprom several times and compare their checksums , if they are all the same, then try and write my dump into it...
