Sharp (Hisense) LC-55p6050u - Flashing/dimming row of pixels

Hello again! I have come back for some wisdom and hopefully for some guidance with this problem I'm having. The TV is a 4k 55" Sharp LC-55p6050u and the problem is every other line of the bottom 32 lines flickers out, comes mostly back, then flickers out again, and repeats this continually. The lines on the bottom right of the screen go out completely while the lines on the bottom left are affected so slightly that it's almost impossible to see it. There is a gradual gradient from appearing almost perfectly fine on the bottom left, to an obvious problem on the bottom right.

The TV still works fine otherwise. All of the menus and functions work (at least the ones I've tested so far), it displays 4k video just fine via the HDMI port and from a USB flash drive, and the image is crisp and clear. The lines are always present whether during video playback or while the TVs menus are displayed.

I believe this may have been caused by an hdmi streaming box that went bad and caused an overvoltage condition. I had a fan plugged in to a USB port on the streaming box to help keep it cool and after I moved the TV and plugged everything back in, the fan spun up faster after 30 seconds or so. The fan runs directly off of 5v from usb power on the streaming box with no other fan control, so the only way for the fan to spin faster is with an increase in voltage. A USB ethernet adapter that was attached to the streaming box is also dead now, probably from the overvoltage. Or maybe something happened while I was moving the TV around that caused the lines, but I've moved it several times recently and there have been no issues.

My guess (and hope) is that it's the T-Con board since that is what directly controls the lines on the LCD panel, and because the video source has no affect on the lines and the lines are even present when the TVs on screen menu is displayed. Hopeful because T-Con boards seem to be inexpensive. My other guess would be that it's the LCD panel itself, that is burnt and unable to continually drive those lines. Any input or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Attached is a close up of the bottom right corner of the screen as well as an animated GIF showing how the lines flash/flicker

it could be one of the following..
1- the Source switch control Chip on MB ... while you are streaming from Source HDMI or USB. leave it streaming and just click on source to choice another source .. leave it in new source 10 second ans switch the source back to yours streaming input source, ( check if the fault disappeared for short time or it back immediately .) no issue first... downgrade upgrade firmware.

2- LVDS connection between MB and T-CON ( in case you have departed T-CON ) clean them from both side.

3- same way point 2 to clean .. if you have Integrated T-CON on Panel buffer boards

4- if separated T-CON and the cleaning didn't help then try another T-CON

Thank you for the reply. The issue never disappears when changing sources, the issue is even present in the menu while changing the source. It never goes away.

I will try cleaning the LVDS connection. The T-CON is not integrated so I will see how cleaning goes and then look for a replacement if that doesn't work and report back the results. Thanks again for the advice.

        Problem

Fixing a dimming zone TV with LEDs not lighting up. Dimming zone circuit introduces added variable to diagnose LED and/or Dimming Zone Driver board? Some 1/2 rows of LEDs appears to be out in active dimming zone off AND some brightness flickering with active dimming zone high while playing changing video

        Conflicting Spec

Vizio indicate this TV has 10 dimming zones. However, LED strips and Zoned light driver connector suggest 12

SHARP LC-70UD27U black and white lines
        by zoontz
Wondering if anyone has addressed an issue with the SHARP 70” LC-70UD27U having thin black and white lines running from left to right horizontally on the screen. I snagged this TV set from a neighbor since I have been successful in repairing numerous other TVs. I assume this probably happens to other TV sets and may have been addressed in another thread. If so please point me in the right direction.

What I have tried so far.
I have tested all HDMI inputs with the same results.
I have checked for firmware updates.
I have reset to factory settings.

        Sharp 50bj2ke horizontal lines
        by jaco2d
This is only my seond post and so far i am very impressed with the forums.
I have a Sharp 50bj2ke which is 6 month out of gaurantee and has devoloped horizontal lines, i have tried to research as much as possible but i am no further is diagnosing the issue. When i turn the tv on it works good with only a thin line right at the top of the screen which i could live with but after a couple hours of use the lines start to appear in the middle of the screen and now the bottom.
The small white box thing in the pics is not the tv its a reflection from the window

        Any suggestions...

Hisense LTDN58K700XWTSEU3D backlight, spot and horizontal lines
        by Raulnn
good night! I have this tv with several problems. I imagine the darkened area is a failure of the backlight. but in the photos you can see a worse problem. I see horizontal lines and spots. I don't know if the TV has been opened, but they look like stains from handling inside the sheets. on the other hand I am concerned about the horizontal lines. I don't know if it could be a panel failure, and if it could have happened at the same time as the dark zone.

        opinions?...
