they sound ok then (i was only asking as i had i strip in a set that was using more volts and amps i replaced that strip set worked fine) so oredered a whole new set maybe worth trying a replacement mainboard in yours set as new firmware not solving the issue.

I also suspecting the mainboard now.

I noticed that the CPU is getting slightly warm, so it's an indication it's working.
I checked TP202 of short circuit protection while working and I measure 3V, is that okay?
Also, is it likely that the NAND died?

Wish I could, but there is no print chart on the PSU. Or at least I cannot find it

not this.... any way from yours PDF it say PIN 7 BL_ON_OFF
so you put every things back and plug it in wall check if this pin have >3V.. if no. mean yours mainboards defect, or you missed with firmware so no signal of BL and TV didn't start.

So I put together the TV and measured PIN 7 on PSU connector.
It looks like 3V is missing.

I reflash the firmware, maybe I screwd up something.

Anything else I should check on the MB?

you wrote at first post you have 12V... so the MB sending PS_ON... you need now to slide out the cable of pin 7 from the socket at PSU then take 3.3V from any Pin 17-19-21 via 1K R and fed the pin7
                    let see what will happen

one things more... from the pdf it show there are other circuit LED driver boards work with 24V if this the case... the socket need to disconnect of 24V and turn on.. let see if it start with no BL..

also upload photo on the whole back of the Tv to see how boards connected together

Here is the photo of the back of the TV.

I disconnected the LED driver board 24V connector and no effect, blinking led still.

with this test 24 v socket should be plugged in place as original... see if the bl come on or if the 24V present at the socket

Is your PFC working at all? What is the voltage on the capacitors, when switched on in operating mode it should be about +400v.

I checked them when I first tested the PSU, they are at 390V.

i have 24V after the jumper mod yes but no BL coming on.

I rechecked the voltage on the pin7 cable and its only 0.30v, after the 1kohm resistor.

it look from yours photo you climp the 1KR to the end of the cable which it belong to pin 7..
