    Hp elitebook 820 G3 no display !

    Hello friends.

    Hp elitebook 820 G3
    Motherboard model : 6050A2892301 no schematics or Brd available.
    Intel Core i5-6200U
    chipset = Skylake
    Ram = DDR4
    I'm using SANDS-6050A2725001-MB-A01 BoardView for help
    https://www.badcaps.net/forum/troubl...2725001-mb-a01

    Power on but no display with average consumption = 0.127 amp
    When i try to power off the lap responde to power button but power on after by himself
    No short to GND / no corrision

    History :
    Got this laptop coming without bios chip, so i remplace it with another one (original is qfn i remplace it with soc same capacity)
    i try a couple of main bios from here and build one with the serial i got it from bottom case..but same behviour , the laptop power on , reach 127 amp and no display with 5 blink caps code.

    A blinking power or Caps Lock light on an HP EliteBook 820, specifically 5 blinks, often indicates a hardware issue, most commonly a motherboard failure. It signifies that the embedded controller has timed out waiting for the BIOS to complete system board initialization during the power-on self-test (POST). This can also be accompanied by beeps, and the number of beeps often corresponds to the error code.

    Take some voltages when charger is on :
    L60200 = 5v is present
    L60100 = 3v is present
    L60600 = 1.8v is present
    L60400 = 2.5v is present
    L60300 = 1.2v is present
    L60800 = 1.013v is present (VRP1V0A)
    L66610 = 1.048v is present (VCCSA)
    L60500 = 0.994 is present (VCCIO)

    L66010 = 0v ( PVCORE)= 8 ohm
    L66320/L66310 = 0v (PVCCGT) = 7.8 ohm

    P3V3_RTC = 3v is present

    What to check else ....thank you
