Backlight halos 55PUS6754/12

Good evening

Recently i have been asked to change the backlights on this set,but in the past ive done a set of this model and even with a brand new set of leds im still getting the halo effect on the screen once fitted.
any ideas what's causing this ?
Had a few philips recently been asked to do the backlights but try to steer clear from these philiips tvs

I have had the halo effect issue on a panasonic tv (leds brought from ali express) i brought from a diffrent seller and no issues

I have bought lights from Shop jimmy and they did this. I spoke to technical support and they said it's the led diffuser caps being the wrong size and they've seen this frequently .So the answer is get a different set of LEDs, probably different seller but also get a refund on your lights that you originally bought.
