Re: bush lcds20tv002
If you want to fix that old brick it's probably a shorted diode or bad start up capacitor 99% of the time, then you'll have a spare. I had same fault with a small 19" Baird. Please do not PM me with questions! Questions via PM will not be answered. Post on the forums instead!

Re: bush lcds20tv002
As bush products are made by the lowest bidder on that particular day they are pretty much incompatible with each other in most cases, maybe it has a code but I would not expect it.Please do not PM me with questions! Questions via PM will not be answered. Post on the forums instead!

Re: bush lcds20tv002
Yeah they have a Guide and Menu button, arrow keys work. Only button they miss is Back -- exit works, but it takes you right out of all of the menus. I was even able to get smart features working on a Toshiba. Please do not PM me with questions! Questions via PM will not be answered. Post on the forums instead!

Hi, I was recently given a Bush Smart TV by a friend and the main board seems to be hanging on by a thread.
Before we get to that, my first obstacle was figuring out the model number since the back sticker has gone for a walk. Upon taking off the back case, I noticed the following Vestel parts, 17MB95m mainboard, 17IPS71 (what I'd assume is power supply) and a VES420UNVL-3D-S02 display panel. After doing some research I think the TV I have is a Bush ELED42240FHDCNTD3D, based on the matching image here (https://www.manualslib.com/manual/11...td3d.html#manu... -
I bought an Alpicool C20 fridge, which is a 60W compressor fridge that runs on 12V or 24V, which can come from either an AC/DC adapter from mains (240V here in UK) or a car battery. The fridge itself is really good quality, so I was surprised to find the power supply (DC14.5V, 4.1A) pretty questionable. Despite being 240V/1.5A the plug was fitted with a 13A fuse - concerning, but not all that uncommon for imported chinese electronics here. But when I felt how light the brick was I immediately said hell no and transferred the proprietary connector to a MeanWell GS90A12-P1M brick (this supply is...

by UADmytroHey! I bought a Lenovo T14 Gen1 i7 10 nm-C931 (a brick). The previous owner said he got it on eBay as a password-locked device and took it to a repair service, where they tried flashing something. The result: it doesn't turn on.
When I plug in the charger, the charging LED lights up, and the power button indicator blinks three times.
I downloaded the firmware from the official website, but it's incomplete. However, there is a firmware for the embedded controller (MEC1663). I did a mass erase via OpenOCD, wiped MEC1663 along with the EEPROM, and flashed an image from the... -
by tyler123456Hi,
Not sure whether anyone can help but I'm trying to identify the IC chip in the photo below.
I purchased a faulty Bush DAB radio (model # BD-1801) and identified that an IC chip was blown on it. Unfortunately, I couldn't read the manufacturer name / model number of the IC chip.
I purchased another (working) BD-1801 so that I could open it up to find out the IC details - but the IC chip details are missing (as you can see in the photo.)
Given the two huge blobs of solder either side of it I'm guessing it regulates power(?)
Anyone...1 Photo-

by Johnny.pI recently bought an internet radio Bush WI-1810, it came with a power supply that when plugged in promptly damaged the radio. I discovered too late that the radio was 6v and the supplied adaptor was 12v. The radio still powers on but the wifi is not working. I have attached a few pictures- Image 2 showing the board with damaged component top right labelled U8. There are several other similar components like U9 (image 3) that I'm wondering could be a replacement.
U9 has a code on it S5EJI- I have searched several smd code sites and the nearest I can find is for a mark of S5E -listing shows...4 Photos-
