can you use a small tube and blow hot air down that way you can pin point a smaller area that's affected by the heat i use a small cardboard tube hair dryer on top blow heat down on individual parts if possible can take a couple of minutes on each part if a bad cap etc.

I am going to order some caps I have put heat to just one and have pic and sound for few then gone so I am going to changes the rest of the caps hope that is it thank you everybody so far with there input will update when I get parts and done

If it worked when heated that will be your problem.

LOL mmartell you got there before me.

Heating the caps lowers the ESR causing it to temporarily work. If the ESR goes high in a cap in a switching PSU it will fail

That's what ESR readers are for, a cap doesn't have to bulge etc to be bad. ESR is equivalent series resistance... if the resistance goes high it changes the values throughout the circuit causing it to malfunction

So was it one of those cap I circled in the picture? I would suggest you to change them all.
Temp goes up ESR goes down.
