    LG 32LG7000 Fault

Next tv i have is a 32LG7000, sometimes it will power on fine but most other times it stays on a black screen and the backlight goes on then off every few seconds, first day i got it i turned it on and it worked first time but i tested a hdmi in it and if i remember correctly it showed greyed out when i pressed the input/source button as if nothing was connected.. I tried it again last night and it fired up ok so i tested the power board and all values read as they should, Any of you experts out there know what would cause this?? I can post a video if needed but i think i explained the fault well enough there.. :-)

I know v little about tvs but can t tell anything of the problem from your video.
Have you read Budms guide on troubleshooting lcdtvs stickied on this forum.
Intermittant faults are very difficult to troubleshoot from a distance.
You need to test the power board again when it is not working.
It could be the inverter board post a clear in focus pic of both sides, if it is long/narrow
do it in overlapped sections. When it is on try gently moving the boards to see if it goes off. Also when it has been working switch it off - does it always come back on when warm. If so try gently heating sections of the boards to see if it comes on.
Please upload pictures using attachment function when ask for help on the repair

If there is a ribbon cable running from the inverter to the tcon try unplugging it.

No mate, It's like the tv hasn't fully powered on, Black screen with the backlight flickin on and off, I've tried scart and hdmi inputs in it to see if theres sound but i get no response from any buttons on the set or the remote,
