le40r87db screen but no picture

hi all got a Samsung in it was a clicker so replaced both the psu and mainboard
even tried a tcon board in it the same one lads
but still no picture screen lights up no menu no nothing

could this still be a powedr issue will do usual checks soon just throwing this one out there see if anyone has any ideas

Any help here this one got me head battered just come across another thread simliar problem going to do what tom says and test the components on lower side of both the t-cons

i just replaced main and psu

Check the DC voltage on both ends of the fuse on the T-CON with ref to Chassis ground?
