    Help identifying a 0341 regulator on a Vizio E320-A1?

I'm repairing a 32" Vizio E320-A1 pulled from a trash can. I believe I've identified the issue being a regulator to the processor. Problem is I'm having trouble identifying the part number, and a suitable replacement,

It's a SOT-223 package with 0341 in the top line. Under it is 912T63. No manufacture part identifications.

Basically my issue is the TV will power on with no display or back light, as the LED does come on. But will not turn back off. (Common issue with these things usually indicating a bad regulator from what I'm reading.) All power from the supply is good. This 0341 is supplied by a 3.3v regulator. ADJ pin is tied to ground. I just need to see a data sheet to make sure it's not a fixed regulator @ 1.2v which is what is coming from the output. I don't believe that's correct. Any help would be appreciated.

I can't find this thing anywhere.

That is Fixed regulator, it will have pin 1 to ground in stead of resistor network between the ADJ pin and the Output pin, and another resistor between Adj pin and Circuit Ground.
Minimum output of regulator will be 1.25V (for Adj) due to the precision internal 1.25V ref voltage. The output should be within 2% range. They do make 1.2V Fixed LDO

Here is a pic. These are my voltages on each pin.

        Pin 1 Gnd
        Pin 2 1.20v output
        Pin 3 3.29 supplied by U703

Thanks budm and R_J for the help. Looks like it is working correctly then. All regulators have been checked, and are working correctly from what I can tell.

Now I'm really scratching my head. Going to do some more digging it looks like.
