LG 32LV3400 T-Con problem??

A customer brought a LGLV3400 32" LED tv to my workshop for repairs...not a model sold in my region(India).. getting hazy picture with venetian blindness effect. Is it a T-Con problem?? following is the t-con board on it

will it be possible to get circuit diagram of this?

could we have a picture of the fault that shows on the tv screen, i.e. the hazy picture with venetian blindness effect

I suspect it needs a seeing eye dog chip.

striped lines found over the picture and also very hazy picture.

what is 'seeing eye dog chip??'

What does it look like with a source connected?
Have you tried a factory reset.

Removed cleanded and replaced the cables to/from the Tcon?

Looks like a voltage regulator in there - tested?

May be LCD panel problem -- tab bonds?
